Aussie classic, Bundaberg Rum, just pairs perfectly with juicy raisins. We soak golden jumbo raisins in rum for several days, then coat them in a thick layer of Belgian dark chocolate and a light sprinkle of cocoa.

We keep our product pure – no added polish or sealants, just rum-soaked fruit, chocolate and cocoa.
